Overall it was okay. I did had to wait for some time but I didn’t mind since they were attending to a more serious case before mine. The staff was really nice

We absolutely adore the service in VIP QC branch! This is our primary vet - excellent service provided by both vets and staff. The new location is spacious and very much accessible. They have parking spaces in front and at the back. The guards are incredibly helpful re: parking. The service is outstanding! The vets are knowledgeable and the staff are accommodating. I'm sure you'll find your favorite vets here! (Ours is Dr. JM! We absolutely love her!) They also have an inclusive bathroom and an in-house cafe. You can grab coffee while waiting with your pet :) I believe that VIP is a premium vet clinic so I would recommend asking for their rates before you visit so you have an idea of the bill/s you have to pay :)

Their doctors and vet assistants are competent and knowledgeable. However i get the feeling that this vet clinic just deals with too many patients everyday for them to be able to show a real sense of empathy and compassion towards our fur children. Very “business as usual” with the pets just being mere numbers for them. I could be wrong but i am just speaking from my personal experience. My dog had to undergo a big surgery with them and while the procedure went well , there was a lack of follow through and communication on post-surgery care. It made me feel like i was left in the dark post-operation with not much reassurance and their hotlines were also not very responsive. Lastly, parking is a huge hassle here so better to just take a grab or have someone drive you.

We can always trust our furbabies are in good hands. My furbaby had epilepsy and was resolved by the doctors. It’s very good they can do labwork and get the results instantly. They also have urinalysis. Thank you Vets in Practice!

Pricey but your pet will be cared for and would most likely live! Very competent and professional doctors, efficient crew, they have a great system and the facilities are excellent. Five stars!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. Vets didn’t even provide any update the whole day!! No time and medicine update, i even have to call them first to get an update!! Too expensive but so incompetent vet doctors!! Doc Vet Rain even asked for 5,000 DP!! Doc Vet Cher only provided an update when my cat was already in critical condition she was not even sure about what test was already done!! My Mowgli didnt even survive within 24 hours with them!! 😭😭😭

Very accommodating staff and doctors..consultation rooms are excellent, spacious and clean, orderly and systematic processes, from booking to doctor evaluation of my dogs..bill charges are ok and they offer electronic mode of payments. Overall the hospital/clinic is excellent for pet owners who wanted their fur companions to have excellent diagnosis and treatment.
